We all need a little help from time to time. I have dedicated my professional life to helping adults better understand themselves, overcome emotional challenges, and create lasting, meaningful change. My goal is to provide a thoughtful, collaborative approach to care so you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process.
Our first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we'll spend about an hour discussing your life experiences, current concerns, medical and mental health history, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll identify what is working, what may be keeping you stuck, and develop an individualized treatment plan. Depending on your needs, that plan may include psychiatric medication management, therapy, lifestyle strategies, or collaboration with your primary care provider or other healthcare professionals.
I believe treatment works best when it evolves with you. As we gain new insights and your circumstances change, we'll continue to adjust your treatment plan to support your growth and help you build a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
